How do I book a ride?

Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations on our homepage, select your preferred vehicle class, and complete the booking. No account is required to get a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

How does flight tracking work?

For airport pickups, provide your flight number and we'll automatically track your flight. Your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time based on actual landing time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 2 hours lead time for all bookings. For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be notified automatically and will adjust their arrival time accordingly.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time through your booking confirmation email or by contacting support.

What vehicles do you offer?

We offer Saloon Car (up to 3 passengers), Executive Car (up to 3 passengers), Estate Car (up to 4 passengers), People Carrier (up to 5 passengers), Executive People Carrier (up to 5 passengers), and 8 Seater Minibus (up to 8 passengers). All vehicles are well-maintained and driven by professional drivers.
