1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capital Transfers's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Capital Transfers provides a platform connecting passengers with professional chauffeur services. We facilitate bookings for airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, and hourly chauffeur services in London.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 minutes from the time of quote generation. Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Minimum booking lead time: 2 hours before pickup
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
• Platform commission: 15% of total fare

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
• Not engage in illegal activities during the ride
• Pay for any damages caused to vehicles

6. Limitation of Liability

Capital Transfers acts as an intermediary between passengers and fleet partners. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or other incidents beyond our reasonable control.
